Step 1: Design File Reception Xingyi Toyreceives design files from clients, which can include images, design sketches, or photos of physical objects
Step 2:3D ModelingBased on the client’s design files, Xingyi Toy create a 3D model using ZBrush software. The modeling process considers factors like the figure’s ability to stand upright, the thickness of accessories, and the compatibility of assembly points
Step 3: Prototype Printing and PreparationA toy prototype is printed using 3D printer based on the established 3D file. It is then manually polished smooth and spray-painted with a grey primer
Step 4: Color Scheme Confirmation & Pantone Collection Xingyi Toy confirm the color scheme with the client and collect Pantone color codes. Even if clients cannot provide Pantone codes, we can match colors based on images they supply
Step 5: Hand-Painting and Decal ApplicationHand-painting is done according to the provided Pantone codes. Complex logos and patterns are applied using water decal transfers
Step 6: Sample Confirmation & Disassembly for Mold MakingAfter the client approves the sample, the 3D model is disassembled based on the sample’s color scheme to create a mold sample. The mold sample only for create molds.
Step 7: Mold ManufacturingMolds are created based on the mold sample. Typically, rotocast (vinyl-molding) molds are made, but injection molds might also be required depending on the parts
Step 8: Mass Production of PartsVarious components of the toy are mass-produced using the molds. vinyl parts require sprue trimming, while injection-molded PVC parts need to be polished using grinding machines
Step 9: Painting and PrintingAll parts undergo spray painting for base colors. Patterns and logos are applied via pad printing, UV printing, or water decal transfer
Step 10: AssemblyAll painted parts are assembled. We typically use environmentally friendly adhesive for bonding, some connections use mushroom joints for secure assembly
Step 11: Quality Inspection Every assembled toy undergoes individual inspection to ensure final product quality
Step 12: Packaging and ShippingAll qualified products are packaged and undergo drop tests to ensure transportation safety before finally being arranged for shipment

A 1/6 scale figure is produced by scaling down all dimensions of its real-world prototype to one-sixth of the original size. As an example: if an anime character stands 180 cm tall, its corresponding 1/6 scale figure will be 30 cm high (180 ÷ 6 = 30 cm). This scaling rule is widely adopted across…
